FEAR FACTOR
i just feel that this show is full of crap . it just doesnt have any value knowledge , doing dangerous stunts without any professionalism to eating disghusting animals' body parts and so on . just a simple YUCKS for me . ((:

THE SWAN
a show talking about women not feeling secure about how they look . therefore signing themselves up for this surgery thing to make them feel better . i feel that these ladies show feel good as they are beautiful both on the inside-out . i feel that even if they are good looking on the outside and not the inside .... what's the use ? it's the inner beauty that others want to see in them . but if they feel that the aftermath of the surgery can make that feel more secure or whatsoever , then it's their choice in doing so .

GET REAL
this reality programme , i think is a good show . it shows about others life , form teenagers to the old-aged . teenagers - the so called COOL stuffs that they do or did . like one i remembered , a rich guy , eating drugs to having tatoos on his body , later causing his once - closed-to sister to become not close to him anymore . i think that these wrong doings are very not worth of doing . adults- how their children treat them or do to them as in attitude or by actions to having jobs as cleaner and being looked down of . i feel that being a cleaner , is not an easy job and they should NEVER be looked down by others . IT'S STILL A JOB !!
